A cut room,
working live.

This is one cut room watching one stream right now, on our own machine. It hears every word, reads chat as it scrolls, and decides on its own when something just happened. Then it cuts the clip, captions it and gets it ready to post. Nobody is editing by hand.

    loudnesschat msgs/secmoment scoremoment

A moment is when the stream gets loud, chat speeds up, people laugh or type “clip it”, all at once. Chat reacts a few seconds late (stream delay plus typing), so the room measures that delay and lines chat up with the audio.

No moments yet. The room needs about two minutes of stream to learn what “normal” sounds like for this streamer.

      How a live cut works

      Six stages. Minutes, not days.

Every card in the cut list moves through these. Clipping programs pay by views, and views go to whoever posts the moment first.

        Where the money goes

The work already pays. We route it back.

Streamers already pay clippers per view through public programs. A cut room does that work and collects those payouts. What's left after costs buys back the room's coin.
